Job Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and staff records
- Track attendance, leave applications, and performance evaluations
- Lead recruitment admin: job postings, screening, interview coordination
- Plan and publish team rosters 5–6 weeks in advance
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and IR8A/IR8S filings
- Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Accounting (Full-Set)
- Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and month-end closings
- Manage invoicing, payments, staff claims, and vendor accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
- Assist in GST submissions and liaise with auditors and tax agents
- Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant accounting records
Administration & Operations
- Maintain organized HR and finance filing systems
- Assist with business licensing, insurance renewals, and grant applications
- Support directors with reports, planning, and ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or accounting
- Experience handling operations across more than one entity is a strong plus
- Familiar with tools like QuickBooks/ Payboy
- Meticulous, responsible, and highly organized
