Job Responsibilities

Human Resource

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and staff records
  • Track attendance, leave applications, and performance evaluations
  • Lead recruitment admin: job postings, screening, interview coordination
  • Plan and publish team rosters 5–6 weeks in advance
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and IR8A/IR8S filings
  • Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Accounting (Full-Set)

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and month-end closings
  • Manage invoicing, payments, staff claims, and vendor accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
  • Assist in GST submissions and liaise with auditors and tax agents
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant accounting records

Administration & Operations

  • Maintain organized HR and finance filing systems
  • Assist with business licensing, insurance renewals, and grant applications
  • Support directors with reports, planning, and ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or accounting
  • Experience handling operations across more than one entity is a strong plus
  • Familiar with tools like QuickBooks/ Payboy
  • Meticulous, responsible, and highly organized
