Job Responsibilities
  • Handling of phone calls or liaising with external suppliers or vendors
  • Ensure that staff attendance is updated
  • In charged of tabulating overtime allowance for staff
  • In charged of handling invoice compiling
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Job Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Pleasant-looking and good working attitude
  • Able to converse in Mandarin as need to attend to Chinese-speaking suppliers
